I’ve had a busy week!

I have been so busy this week. I started back to work on a part-time basis. And, funny I should mention part-time. I’ve been there all day, every day, all week-long. I’m tired! I wish I could push other limits like I do work. In fact, I’ve gained 3 damn pounds this past month, doing nothing! Arg! Reckon that’s why I’m trying to make up for it now. Working a full day, coming home around 6:30pm, change my clothes, then it’s out to the barn. I’ve really been excited to use some of the Clinton Anderson techniques on my own horse. Did I forget to mention anything about the weekend? Oh well, I’ll get to that in a few days. My weekend was packed with so much information. My wittle pea-brain is fried crispy critter like. Once I get all the information filed all uniform like, I’ll post it. he he!

Nuff-O’ that stuff said….Clinton Anderson just so happened to have a horse that reacts like my mare. I couldn’t believe the horse was exhibiting the exact same issues as Jewels does. Ye-friggin-haw! Her nasty ear-pinning, her backing up so I can’t reach her, and her jerking back on the end of the lead rope problems. I know how to fix it now! Jewels is going hate to see me coming for a few days. I’ve worked with her 3 days now, and she’s already being more respectful on the ground. I started out teaching her to yield her hind quarters and give me two eyes. For some odd reason, I thought my horse paid attention to me before. Hardly! This one exercise made a huge difference in her attitude. Got to hand to Clinton, he knows exactly how to teach stupid!

I need to get back to work!….later🙂
